Got the family moving

Well I have finally gotten my family up and moving. My kids are riding bikes while I am trying to build up my running. The first week I did a 5min walking warm-up, 1min run, 5min walk, 1min run....for 2o min and then a 5 min cool down walk. Sounds pathetic doesn't it. Well this is what happens when you stop exercising at 21 and don't start again till 41.... So last week and this week I am doing a 5min warm up 2min run, 4min walk for 20min and then a 5 min cool down. Next week I will do 3min run, 3min walk....I'll let you know how it goes. I am super tired and want to sleep all the time. The kids are doing well. I'm starting them off biking to just get them out the door and having fun. Running around the neighborhood is not fun for them. I'll keep you posted!
